It says so in the title. It's Dark Martial. Usually a Musa Outfit, but Ninjas can get it from the Outfit Swap Box I.
This box is currently available via the Daily Special Pass (Pictures inlcuded here - Link: https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/News/Detail?groupContentNo=5814&countryType=en-US), and outside of that, it's often sold in the pearl shop around Halloween or 1st of April, but even outside of those, on other occasions too. Unfortunately you cannot buy it at all, since you cannot put these outfits on the marketplace.
