Activate steam guard mobile authenticator POPUP

hello
I get an popup to activate steam guard mobile app every 7 days and i want to get rid of this stupid thing.
i will never evver use it and it is agressive to even say the least, now it seems its only related to black esert client and steam.
does anyone has something that can help to remove it and make it never come back ???

Steam Guard isn't as bad as it looks: personally I installed the mobile app on my phone then enabled SG. It asked me for an OTP first time I logged in then it seemed to have registered my PC as trusted and now I never have to supply any OTP when I launch Steam.

I don't like the forced attitude on this, like why is there only the option for choosing "Don't show this again this week" and not Never show this again ??
