As of two days ago, i haven't been able to login to the game because for some reason every time i try to launch the game launcher is all white and so i can't login to the game. Is there any way to fix this or bypass the launcher and login while ingame?

My game is going white as well. if they do not fix this i want my money back.

Good morning, can you please check that your graphics drivers are fully updated? It would be a good check to also do a clean reinstall of the Graphics driver from the website directly to make sure that is not the cause.

Secondly, try going to settings, privacy and security, windows security, firewall and click on "allow an app through firewall". select bdo and try again. Make sure your network is set to private and not public.

Still does not work for me. All drivers updated btw

I'm not from support but started to check how the laucnher works, it seems in the folder

C:\Users\YOURUSER\Documents\BlackDesert we are saving the configuration for the GameOption, I have a desktop with 2 GPU's so he was taking the integrated graphics one.

So enter the file probably you will see this options:

launcherGpu = 1

launcherOffScreen = 1 

I turned both to 0 and it's working :). 

Why does it work? 

My theory is that as this Launcher is using NET and WebView2, they're picking two different GPUS, so in general most of the laptops have 2 GPU integrated for the screen and another one extra for the gaming.
