this is the First Elvia Quest i can find so no i havent done later ones cuse i can not acces them also yes in valencia 6 an elvia server
Maybe you did the first part of the quest without knowing. Go to Bragi Den and look around on Elvia (stick to the roads), one of them might have a quest for you. If it's not there, go to Gilish and go down to the prisons, there might be quests there. You have to do all the quests down there as well.
I am not sure but I thought you had to finish O'delita quest line to start Elvia. That is another possible spot.
Then again it might be bugged and you might have to wait a week or two until they fix it.
