Congrats! You managed to get a dream horse.

This simple guide will help you to efficiently level your horse to ensure that you can maximise the skills you gain on the horse in a timely manner.

Starter info:

Yes, this will require pearls as you will be required to purchase mount skill change coupons.

I personally recommend this pack as it was the exact number of coupons I required to finish off my dream horse but the number required can vary depending on luck etc.

I also highly recommend branding your horse before starting to level it.

Leveling gear:

To assist you in leveling your horse you make want to look into buying various pieces of gear to help boost horse xp gain while auto-pathing.

Personally, I purchased the manos riding crop as well as used an equipment tailoring coupon from the market to put it onto trainers clothes to make it an outfit instead. I could then equip my +3 silver embroidered. I believe this was quite an efficient load out to maximise horse xp and stats for the cost.

There are also various elixirs, food buffs and scrolls you can run to additionally boost xp gain:

These are simply optional additions, it really is up to you if you want to run these or not.

You may also choose to equip pearl or regular horse gear to boost stats which I recommend but it is optional.

Leveling guide:

To start you may be able to see that your dream horse has started with a skill called Courser spirit. This skill is the main skill we will be referring to when leveling the horse.

Step 1:

At level 20, do your first roll off of courser spirit. I recommend trying to gain fail stacks for s: sideways since it is quite a hard skill to gain.

Step 2:

Your horse has now leveled up! If it has once again gained courser spirit, simply roll it off again and continue building stacks for the skill you want.

Step 3 (optional):

Check your horse stats on the horse discord https://discord.gg/jmE6jAZARs this will help you determine if you would like to keep the horse or reset it for another go. WARNING: stats regularly change as you level even if it is a bottom % horse it could become better than average or even just average at level 20.

Step 4:

Go back to afk leveling.

Then simply repeat steps 2 to 4.

Great guide. However I have a question. Is really that needed to get the mount skill change stuff? Like... Can we wait to get them as giveaways too? :)

Please don't encourage people to roll Courser's Spirit from level 1. It is a waste of pearls because T9 are naturally learning skills at a good rate by themselves. Normally you don't swap skills earlier than level 15-20. I've leveled my fair share of T9 and the latest level I once started was level 25 and still ended up with 24 skills.

I (artisan 5 trainer, Trainer's Clothes + Silver Embroidered Trainer Cloths +3) usually end up at lvl 20 with already 15-20 skills. You just need to take care for not having more untrained skills left as you have horse lvls left til lvl 30. With some luck you need to do the Courser's Spirit roll just a few times.
