How to claim your Twitch Drops
Watch any participating channel in the [Black Desert category] on Twitch during the event period!
After achieving the required viewing time, receive rewards in your [Twitch Inventory]!
Click on "Claim Drops" in the [Web Storage] after logging into your Black Desert account.
Send the items from the Web Storage to your in-game Mail (B)!

- The Black Desert daily drops will be paused for the duration of the Heidel Ball Twitch Drops event, and will resume on July 10, 2025.
- Items listed without a quantity are all 1 quantity.
- All Twitch Drops must be claimed from the Web Storage and collected from your mail by July 24, 2025 (Thu) 23:59 (UTC).
- Rewards can be earned once per account.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
