the event quest once for each "Garmoth's Roaring Reward Bundle" you have. (Up to 3 times per week)
2️⃣ Talk to “Fearless" Kukao next to the Node Manager at Garmoth's Nest
Through the event quest "[Event] [Weekly] Gotta Frame It, Garmoth,"

you can get an additional "Garmoth's Roaring Reward Bundle." (Up to 3 times per week)

* You can find this quest under Quests (O) - New.

Check the boss spawn times

for Vell/Garmoth.
