Dec 18 (Thu) Season Changes FAQ


Big changes are coming to Season content, which have helped 
 countless Adventurers strengthen their characters since 2019! 
  
Naru Gear is being removed, 
and Tuvala Gear will now be equippable 
and enhanceable freely regardless of being on Season or not. 
  
Here’s a handy FAQ to answer 
your most common questions.


My Season Character has graduated?

With the Dec 18, 2025 (Thu) maintenance, we’ve streamlined the Season experience to make character growth clearer and easier to follow.
As a result, all Season Characters have been converted into normal characters.

Don’t worry! You can continue your adventure with these characters, and all your progress is safe!

Where did my gear go?

1. Missing Naru Gear?
Naru Gear, which was the basic starter equipment, has been replaced by Tuvala Gear.

2. Missing Tuvala Gear?
If you had multiple sets of Tuvala Gear, only the set with the highest enhancement level remain.

From now on, you can freely equip and enhance Tuvala Gear on both Season and normal characters, without restrictions!

How do I get Tuvala Gear now?

You can purchase Tuvala Gear from Blacksmith NPCs in major cities.

How do I enhance Tuvala Gear?

Enhancing Tuvala Gear is now more straightforward: Black Stones for +0 to +15 and Concentrated Magical Black Stones for PRI (I) to PEN (V) enhancements.

[Important!] How do I recover Max Durability for Tuvala Gear?

If your Tuvala Gear loses Max Durability during enhancement, you have two ways to restore it.

1. Use Duplicate Tuvala Gear
Buy duplicate Tuvala gear/accessories from Blacksmith NPCs in major cities and use them to restore Max Durability.

2. Use Time-filled Fragments
If you’ve created a new Season Character, you can use Time-filled Fragments to restore Max Durability.

What happened to my Season Pass rewards?

Any unclaimed Season Pass rewards have been sent to your Black Spirit’s Safe - Mail.
Enhanced gear rewards are delivered directly to your  Heidel storage.

What happened to my Season items?

With Season graduation, the following items have been deleted.
- All Tuvala gear except for the set with the highest enhancement level 
- Time-filled Black Stone 
- Rift's Fragment 
- Rift's Echo 
- Frozen Tides Black Stone 
- Boiling Tides Black Stone 
- Fughar's Riding Crop 
- Fughar's Fishing Rod 
- [Season] Secret Book of the Misty Breeze 
- [Season] Secret Book of the Crimson Fog 
- Atoraxxion: Rift Chest 
- [Event] Fughar’s Special Season Gift Box 
- [Season] Serene Temple’s Helmet 
- [Season] Militia / Azwell / Elsh weapons 
- [Season] Black Horn Bow / Triple Trinket / Triple Kunai
