1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Greetings, Adventurers.

 

To provide stable service and optimize our system, support for Windows 7 and DirectX 9 will be ending soon.

 

The launcher will be unavailable on Windows 7 and DirectX 9 or lower. 
To continue playing Black Desert, you will be required to upgrade your OS and the install a higher version of DirectX. 

 

We will announce the exact date through another notice 1 to 2 weeks in advance.

 The game will be unavailable to launch or play on Windows 7, DirectX 9, or lower. 
How to Check Your PC Specs 
Operating System 1. Start [Windows Logo] > Settings > System > About.
2. Check your version under 'Windows specifications' at the bottom.
DirectX

1. Press [Windows Key + R] to open the Run dialog and type 'dxdiag'.

2. Check the 'DirectX Version' at the bottom of the System tab.
