Hand over [Event] Sea-Worn Message Bottle to Pubi,
accept the “[Event] Faded Note in a Bottle” quest!
* If you discard the event item after accepting the quest, you can talk to Sarche to reobtain it.

Find Sarche the Flotsam Collector
Hand over both [Event] Sea-Worn Message Bottle & Shining Powder.
Complete the quest to claim the [Event] Map of Reclaimed Radiance
RMB the item and select “NPC Location” to find where to go next.
