[EU] Regarding disconnections due to power instability in certain countries

Due to external factors, there are currently Adventurers in both Spain and Portugal who are unable to access the game.
If you experience any loss during this time (character EXP, broken crystals, use of resurrection items, etc.), please note that we will be restoring them during the maintenance on April 30 (Wed).
