[Pearl Abyss ID] Upcoming Console Account Integration

Greetings, Adventurers.
On Nov 27, 2025 (Thu), Black Desert Console accounts will be integrated with Pearl Abyss IDs.
This integration will not affect most adventurers. Only those who meet all of the following conditions will need to complete account integration:
- You previously played Black Desert Console using a Pearl Abyss console account linked to the service, and
- You are currently using a Pearl Abyss ID that has the same email address as that console account.
If you need to complete ID integration, you’ll see a notification asking you to do so when you log in with your Pearl Abyss ID during the website maintenance on Nov 27 (Thu). Simply follow the on-screen steps to finish the integration, and you’ll be able to access the game again as usual.

Due to maintenance on the official website to integrate Black Desert Console accounts into Pearl Abyss IDs, from Nov 27, 2025 (Thu), 04:00 - 12:00 (UTC), the following will be unavailable on the Black Desert official website: My Page services (including disabling OTP and other security setting changes) and account settings services.

* New Pearl Abyss account registration will not be available during the maintenance. Please register after the maintenance has ended.

■ Who Needs Pearl Abyss ID Integration?
- Adventurers whose Pearl Abyss ID uses the same email address as their Black Desert Console account, including cases where the same secondary email is registered.
■ Manual Pearl Abyss ID Integration Schedule - Nov 27, 2025 (Thu) from approx. 08:00 (UTC)
- If your account requires Pearl Abyss ID integration and you’re already logged into the game during website maintenance, you can keep playing as usual. After maintenance is complete, you’ll see a Pearl Abyss ID integration popup the next time you log in.
■ Pearl Abyss ID Integration Process
① If a popup appears when you log in stating that you are a Pearl Abyss ID integration target, click [Confirm] to proceed to the website.
② Enter the required information as prompted and complete the Pearl Abyss ID integration process.
③ Once Pearl Abyss ID integration is complete, you can continue playing the game using your existing Pearl Abyss ID.
