On Wednesday, January 27th, there was an issue where certain Adventurers could not receive the verification email when signing up for a Pearl Abyss account after the official Black Desert website opened.

While this issue was resolved as of 23:27 (UTC) on the same day, we discovered an additional issue where you could still not receive the verification email under certain circumstances even after the fix.

As such, we’ve taken additional steps to ensure verification emails will now be sent properly.

For Adventurers who have not been able to receive the verification email after signing up for a Pearl Abyss account, you should now be able to properly sign up and transfer your Black Desert account.

Please make sure to use the account you most recently tried to sign up with when re-signing up for a Pearl Abyss account.
