Hoping for the closest future for it indeed!

I would prefer PA to ignore the playerbase in regards to outfits. There are just too many opinions on what players would like, so if PA were to start trying to create outfits based on those opinions it would lead to chaos. PA should just keep doing what they have been doing for the past 7yrs, making outfits they want to make. This allows them to be focused and have outfits come out in a timely fashion.

While I think leggings as underwear is not a terrible idea, I see no reason to have them. I can't say for certain, but I am thinking adding leggings to various outfits which show a lot of bare skin would make those outfits look ugly, as they were designed to show that much bare leg (if that makes sense). Also, I'm sure the BDO art direction team, and the outfit team have a desire to make appealing looking outfits, whether they show a lot of skin or not... and adding leggings that could be seen while wearing certain outfits could go against what they think looks good. Fair enough for me.

Players already have a lot of choice in what they can wear. Does the outfit show too much? Don't buy it.

There are some classes that have no Pearl Shop outfits that do not reveal too much: Lahn, Maewha, Guardian, etc.  It would be nice to balance this.

And yes, PA doesn't have to listen to us, in fact they only do when convenient.  I'll keep supporting this, because I believe in it.

Tell that to Lahn players. Full length leg slits are pretty much a guarantee. Most outfits are revealing in this game. Only Shai doesn't have revealing outfits but unfortunately it's almost burka level. A little bit more skin would be nice but not too much to where shai is revealing like other classes. The designs are unfortunately very radicalized. It's either too much skin or not enough. They need more goldilocks costumes but that's irrelevant to this thread.

This thread is about more leggings which in the instances of lahn having only slits for her outfits always showing her panties, why not leggigs that would work like safety shorts? They could be more than just leggings, they could be stylistic. There are many options to go about lessening the revealing-factor of this game or give more flare for outfits that lack it. There are many legging options that are not avaialble for each class which makes no sense. It would be nice to see the same variety for every class.

Well, it is true; they don't have to listen, but they also created the suggestions forum, which leads me to believe that they are open for the discussion of any new ideas.

Majority of players I talked to about this issue agree with me that at least one option of solid coloured leggings/tights for all female classes would be nice, and the minority said they don't really care. No one I spoke to was strongly against it.

So I really hope that they will see this suggestion and consider putting it in the game, but obviously I will not stop playing the game if they won't. 

Yes pls. Its not even so much about skimpy dresses but for all the nice armors that have strange sexy gaps in them.

Like shadows chaser that just misses pants, the thorn armor or dk and the red armor of nova etc... So many cool armor that just need some prooper undergarment to bring them to the next level. 

 Absolutely agree, some outfits just look like they're missing trousers. 
And if they'll add the solid colour tights, then we can recolor them into some interesting underlayer. Not just black or white, but something nice and fitting.
Some people even might recolor them into a skin colour, if they so desire, as at some outfits I don't mind skin showing, but the underwear being visible through makes it look weird. I guess they did that to make you want to buy something prettier. For example Dracanias disco dress (whatever it's called) is a see-through chain mail, so you have to buy the underwear that fits in order for the outfit to look good.
