Hi, I want to delete all the characters and start over, but I can't figure out how to do it, and I already have 100 pearls from the pearl shop, but when I delete a character, it always says that I don't have the given item in my inventory, but I have 100, where is the problem? You can't delete chars with pearl items equiped or in the pearl inventory.

So remove all pearl item from the char before you try to delete him/her.

And how? I haven't found a way. I don't know how to do it. Can you tell me the way? Thank you.

Log in on the char you want to delete, unequip every item and move every item from the inventory and pearl inventory to the storage or delete it (move to the trashcan).

Also make sure all your horses are in the stable and none is active (taken out of the stable) on the char.
