How is a free PEN Fallen God or PEN Disto even REMOTELY similar to what OP is asking for?

There is a reason, though.  Getting that next bracket.  1 AP 1 DP would help tremendously in this area, most notably around the 710 - 720 GS range, although, it's helpful for every GS range as well.  I respect your opinion of not wanting us to be too spoiled, but I do believe 1 AP 1 DP isn't over the top, but a reasonable amount for the developers to show they care about our time, progress, and appreciation that we choose their game over other MMO's.

Yeah, I read that.  I am prepared to lose it, I did mention here that I don't necessarily need it.  But if we were to keep it, it'd help a lot.  I have a build planned out for when the new gloves come out and this 1 AP 1 DP will help me achieve this goal.  I'll still hit that goal, but end of the day, the Foxspirit buff will help.

I'll do you one better. After the event for them ends turn the blessings of earth and wind into grindable treasure items. They'll be the most valuable treasure items in the game

when you get +1ap permanently for killing kzarka, no problem, when you get +1ap permanently for doing nothing as well, "no we cant do that"

A PEN fallen good gives you raw stats.
Fox spirit buff gives you raw stats.

Literately the same.

Irony is that this two buffs gives you +2AP +2DP, while a PEN fallen good gives you a mere +3DP upgrade over tet. That is the perspective you're looking into... (btw pen disto is even worse with +3AP -1DP kek)

While I agree that the kzarka log is kinda low effort one, it's still better than just tossing stuff at the players for nothing.

What PA should do is add more adventure logs, rather than freely giving stats for no reason. It's fine if players get stats for playing the game. But yeah the devs are lazzy, it's easy to just add a random buff, than adding actuall content to the game.

We wouldn't be getting it for doing nothing, though.  We're playing their game.

I'm looking at it from a stance of the devs showing us players appreciation for that.  Yes, things like content and balance are a given, but this is like a gift.  If anything, it could even help add some cushion because many players are giving feedback about class balance, specifically, that don't shine them in a good light.  Fulfilling this request in keeping the buff would be an act of graciousness, like "yo, we're working on it, but in the meantime, enjoy this buff.  Thanks for sticking it out with us." kind of thing.

Yes, they said there's an expiration date.  And I'm fully prepared for that, so even if we don't get it, it's not the end of the world.  However, I am imagining how good players would feel in receiving this boost to our progress, and I bet that the feeling of "good" would outweigh any feeling of "bad" players would feel if we were able to keep it versus not.

No idea why any player would be against this.  Everyone gets it.  Everyone benefits.  All you've done is scoff like an angry two year old anime girl about the request and gave no objections other than saying "so what, you want free PEN FG and PEN Disto too?", like bruh. Wut.

Also, the buff landed like crap for me. Same day I actually pushed both AP and DP into the next bracket. So it more like made me feel like I worked for nothing to gather the mats, to get the Black Spirit drunk enough to not fail the enhancement, etc.

You're playing the game to gear up to get those stats. You're not playing the game if you afk all day in front of Deve and suddenly *bam!* +2AP +2DP. Also, if you have a +3DP from tet FG to pen FG... and you get +2DP for free, doing absolutely nothing... then it would be like having an permanent event in which, if you get a tet Disto, the game will upgrade it for you instantaneously into a pen Disto, for just... well, logging in. Or, even better, upgrade a tet FG into a pen FG. And the next month, again, another free upgrade for just "playing the game". And so on. 

But wait, there's more! Each time you have a +2AP and +2DP scenario on gear progression, they should just implement a way for the game to take that step for you. For playing the game. And when there's no more gear that the game can upgrade for you, they should reintroduce the butterfly buffs and continue to give you +2AP and +2DP every 2 months, for playing the game...

Why work on your gear when you can just get the effects of gear upgrade for "playing the game", whatever that may mean on a case by case basis - fish, train, troll on group chat or just pick up herbs in Behr. 

I think that most of us who started gearing up when PA turned newbie friendly have already gotten a lot of free AP and DP... for playing the game. At some point, though, it has to stop.
