Lol I bought a PEN Tungrad Belt for bracket the week before the event too.  Now I'm 1 AP over bracket, but it will be useful for my next goal, so it works out.

But whether we keep it or not, I will reach 323 / 401+ with PEN Dawn Earring when I get the new gloves.  Either way, I am getting this goal and finally be full PEN everything (been a goal for a long time, but I didn't want to sacrifice effectiveness and get sub-par items).

This 1 AP 1 DP will help.  I still see no good reason for not keeping it.  Players who only AFK will be still be lower geared than players who actively play.  1 AP 1 DP is not equal to PEN Disto's or the extreme examples you and Cat provided.  I agree, playing the game actively should be encouraged -- this is what content is for and setting lofty goals.  In my eyes, Foxspirit Buff is a motivating factor, a tangible gift that benefits everyone, not just lucky J Hammer taps, and is minimal enough that it doesn't just give everyone high gear for nothing, but enough that it helps those actively playing with their gear goals.

If this buff goes away, PA do not do an event that gives sheet ap/dp temporarily in the future. It makes gear planning go sideways. Not that I will be salty in thinking that I am saving some billions on the next brackets.

You begged for them to keep the Happy Black Spirit buff, now your begging them to keep the fox buff, yet you create threads about how important slow gear progression in the game is an shame people for asking for hand out and faster gear progression, yet you don't hesitate to ask the same thing yourself.

Playing since 2016.  At 720+ GS, trust I know how important slow progression is for BDO.  Foxspirit Buff 1 AP 1 DP is an amount small enough as to not harm meaningful, slow progression, yet big enough to create positive impact for every player in the game.  No good reason to not keep it has been brought up.

So insead of reasoning as to not keep it, you attempt slander.  You even brought up my post asking the devs to add what we now call the Happy Black Spirit Buff KEKW.

No, they've got enough carebear buffs for everyone. You can literally jump 2 brackets just from doing logs and quests.
Its time you earn what others had to work to get and what some of us who started in 2015 NEVER got..

IDK if you read, but for me personally, I don't ncessarily "need" the buff.  I'm at triple PEN BS, 310/413 w/ IV Dawn currently and will be at least 323/404 w/ V Dawn when I swap back to DR with the new gloves, regardless if they keep it or not.  Unless you mean to speak to the general playerbase when referring to me, you have no idea how hard I've worked for this gear and are missing the point.

The point is the buff helps everyone and will be a great way for the devs to show the playerbase their appreciation for us playing their game, bottom line, showing that the devs care about our time and progression here in their game. 

No one has made an argument against that, so it's clear there is no good reason for them not to keep the buff as a permanent addition.  Literally the only arguments against this are ad hominem insults, like "no, earn it" insinuating anyone who benefits from the buff hasn't worked hard or isn't working hard, or slippery slopes/false equivalances like "you might as well ask for PEN Disto!", or even straight up defamatory slander.  LOL.  If there's an argument against the actual point being made, then it hasn't been presented thus far.

Makes zero sense to give this only to take it away. Doing so is counterproductive to the players.  And when you compare how "carebear" it is versus how much of a slap in the face it'd be for the devs to add it then take it away, IDK how any reasonable and logical person can say the former is worse than the latter. 

It's not even "carebear" -- if you think 1 AP 1DP is such a threat to boost others over you, then I question how much "work" you've personally done, if others (including you, BTW) getting 1 AP 1 DP scares you so much.
