There are a lot of people posting there without actually asking full questions with the assumption that it's Google. I think it would be helpful if there could be a pinned thread there that could act as a guide on how to post questions and lists some Q&A things and links to important subjects.

I know it won't solve the problem 100% for reasons that don't need to be said but IMO it could be beneficial.

Additionally some people use that forum to provide feedback of the game like giving new suggestions. Like this post and this post.
