They don't need to touch the DP. They need to start NERFING the overperforming classes.

You're right in that they don't need to touch DP, like i have stated. They definitely should nerf several classes that are overperforming in damage by a large margin. No class should be able to do chunks of damage to a target while the target isn't on the ground.

Attention to who ? To developers who intentionally hide damage numbers so you can't prove anything ?
Step 1 to fix any balance issue - enable combat logs - they will never do this even if they would be forced by laws to show it, they would preffer to restrict access to countries with this law ( like lost ark with lootbox law).
Look, here is my point, DP/DR issue don't exist, its working fine, main problem is that special attack damage don't include DP into calculation ( codding error), that kinda explains why "new special attack damage" offhand is better than blackstar/kutum. But because they hide combat logs you can't prove it, therefore you can't force them ( by shaming) to fix it
Issues can still be proven to exist even if they refuse to show damage numbers. That has been the case in the past for numerous issues.

This is a very insightful look at balancing moving forward and I feel would bring more to the game than the current AP monkey state that its in. The suggestions are also a nice touch and should be taken into consideration. The damage percentage and AP scaling are entirely too high and mostly benefits Rat Classes or cringe AF DK's. The game should be set up so that people want to play all of the classes instead of what is the Meta atm only. If that is too hard for PA to achieve, they shouldnt be making MMO's.
