You wouldn't belive how many still ask how they can enhance Narchillan items.
So 2 times is still not enough.

Funnily the reason why they asked is kinda same as what I mentioned.
Tooltips in bdo are too long and full of pointless stuff, and this is a videogame, ain't nobody got time to read a wall of text BS.
If they want palyers to read tooltips, they should remove the BS from them and only write the meaningfull text in TLDR.
But this is common game design knowledge...
