Suggestions/Comments: Looking through every boss in game has some kind of pity piece to eventually get that bosses gear/item, I What confuses me is the fact that there is no pity piece for garmoth, We are stuck doing this boss for years to get this, or wait twice as long to have it sold. Via CEntral Market Can you please add a pity piece for garmoth to make this easier so we can have access to our full crystal slots?

None of the three "hearts" have pity pieces (Khan, Vell, Garmoth). Why, I can't say. It would certainly alleviate the issue of having hundreds of preorders on some the hearts

Thats not a true pity.. thats close to buying it with extra steps, a long wait

Which is too long 7-8 months for casual player, make it shorter to 4.
A casual palyer don't need a garmoth hearth in the first place.

Garmoth's heart is mandatory for every player. And this is why all 3 hearts should have a pity system.
The problem is that korean developers don't understand that they make their game for both korean and western players, and this makes the western version can and must be different from korean to make sense.

That +5hidden AP only matters for minmaxers, especially at it's 10Bish cost. If you are a casual, you -by definition - don't need that.
