Make fitness family wide and remove level restrictions on exp items

Suggestions/Comments: I think the fitness tab should be family wide along side these other family changes like inventory silver and life skills coming soon. for someone like me who has trained afk breath and other it just feels so bad going on a new character and i need to use any finto juices i have laying around. Finto juices, gukbap, etc shouldnt have a level cap on them and should have a much shorter cooldown. The amount of exp needed to level anything to or past level 40 is astronomical compared to what the items give.
-Remove the level caps on any breath, strength, health exp item
-Shorten the cooldown on gukbap and other items
-Make the fitness tab family wide
