Yes the website security center allows to manager registred computers, including deleting them from the registration list.

I had too disable OTP  so I can play the game.  More I read the forums more I see others having problems with OTP.

I would like to have 5% buff, but it work out as an nerf when I cannot play because of OTP crash the game on Easy Anti Cheat runs.

if don't mind using a custom launcher, here is one(click-me) that makes your life easier on login, supports automatic login even if you have OTP (your password and OTP are stored locally and are encrypted), another thing is that you still have to manually patch the game every Wednesday via the official game launcher, other than that it's pretty convenient not having to constantly put in my password and OTP every time you want to start the game.

if you do want just an easier way to access your OTP, install authy on your phone or use their desktop client, they do also have a chrome app that's outdated but it's still useable, but if your code expires you must close the app and relaunch (only applies to the chrome version)
