Why is that button there if it doesn't work? It never worked and might never will. There are many spammers (gold sellers essentially) and really offensive people who harass others. In order to report anything, you need to go login into the website, take a screenshot with the chat in view (if you can, i can't, the UI disappears every time) and then describe everything. If GMs aren't going to monitor every chat channel at all times of the day, please give us tools to report users that are spammers and actively trolling people.

There is thankfully a block feature, which worked fantastically when the infamous Toni was around (looool) and he would create new accounts every day. BUT, it's difficult to report. BDO is notorious for having a toxic community and is a big turn off for people when you suggest to them to try BDO again. Let's work together both GM/CM and player to make it better. I know there's a lot going on with Pearl Abyss trying to turn this game around but the report button never worked and we need it to work for a better, healthier community.

Bumping this topic in hopes it gets noticed.

It's pointless to bump, the button actually works, you just need to have a certain item in your inventory to actually send the report.

Regarless whether the button works or not ain't change anything if noone looks at it's reports.

There is a block button and a filter option already. Use those, they are more than enough to deal with those issues you mentioned, PA already lacking in staff to even handle the tickets in time.

You know those guys ain't work for free, or cause "they want to make bdo better place" or what not. They work for money, and surely you will going to pay for the extra workload on them cause some snowflakes would spam report on everything?

And the gold spammer spamms since 3 or so year already. No report button would change anything, he can just create a new account and K.
