Because of Easy Anti Cheat software lol. They seem to have different versions so you can't play Lost Ark without logging off BDO. Can the BDO Dev's coordinate with Lost Ark Dev's so we can run both games at once? You know? Afk fish while we play a fun game for once?
It's a hard pick ngl

Why don't you just tell the Lost Ark Devs to update their EAC?

yeah ask lost ark to update their easy cheat ^_^
LA is superior than BDO. Srsly go play couple of hours in Lost ark and u will see how other devs treat their playerbase! There is no weight limit, pets INSTANTLY picks loot, there is no stup enhanting system, there is sooo much rewarding content and u can actually BUY itemshop currency with ur gold (ingame) !! Srsly PA should look at lost ark devs and think again about BDO because its sooo frustrating that PA treat us like money bags casino addictss... Srsly, PA! Treat our time, we are not just a bag of money but we want to have fun!

Enhancing in LA IS p2w. In fact LA enhancing is worse and more predatory than BDO, you must not have made it to end game yet.

Not if you can purchase p2w currency with ingame currancy.
If its like eve, or neverwinter, then its not worse then BDO at all.

Funny because in LA your items do not get lvl degradation and do not disappear on an unsuccessful enchantment.
In BDO I have ABSOLUTE ZERO chance to obtain pen itmes (weapons / armour, skip pens from quests, but quests don't give me BS items) and zero chance for any (pri-pen) acc.
And if I am not mistaken the lowest percentage chance in LA is 40%, in BDO ... 0,20% without any progressive option to increase this chance because each successful enchant reset FS. So eg. I have 100 FS and 150 FS. Fail BS pen at 150 and I have tri. So first i need return to tet. So I will use 100 FS and ... fail, ok lets I have success. I again try pen with 151 FS, again fail. I need again return to tet but .... I don't have any 100 FS anymore. FS are not free. Failed enchant also not free.
Conclusion is simple: whole enchanting in BDO it's one big s. epic fail, casino online and p2w for "cronmasters" aka CC warriors.
Conslusion no 2: this game in its current form cannot offer me any further progress within a reasonable period of time. 600b grind to buy 6 tungrads pen and 2 BS would take me about 8-10 years (and we already have some deboreka accessories which are even more expensive).

It's exactly like bdo, It's pay to skip content, as the stupid players say...

No it's worse, because it becomes a dead item, if the upgrade does something you don't want you just made a good item into a useless item. I would rather have an item be destroyed or downgrade than have something that is just useless instead be there to remind me how close I was to getting a good item.
