I suggest you give us more guild missions according to our guild size. Like for example small 10, medium 15, Large 20, XL 30. With an xl guild with many active players 10 guild missions a day is not enough to go around with. Enough said.

There shouldn't be a limit anyways.  They need to rework the whole guild mission system anyways.

if they're scared that guilds will just spam gq for guild silver and then payout, just put a diminishing return.

If every member spammed the 10m guild fund quests constantly, and each member grinded for 15 hours each weak, that would be a 150m payout only.  

Orc now gives 700+mil an hr. All other abuse of lifeskill or payout should just be allowed again and they wont even compete with orc or gyfin money

Removing limit of guild missions wouldn't be the best idea, but they should increase it from 10.

Imagine guild with 100 players and even if 50 are active, that means 5 players per mission. Kinda absurd if you ask me.

Totally agree with raising or eliminating the cap.  We have some folk that never get to do them because of their IRL life and, when they do log in, all the missions are already gone.  
Demotivating.
