Loss of players
Reason : Well I come here from my honest opinion about the current state of the SA server. The management of the current publisher RedFox Games is going from bad to worse. You guys from Pear Abyss have assured us that we are all one , but this is not the case . We do not have double authentication , we use old anti cheat , we do not enjoy the same benefits as other servers . Redfox's customer service is bad, Marketing doesn't even exist anymore. We will be playing for 5 years , I have been following BDO since its closed beta on KR , NA and SA . We do not have the game dubbed in our language. The translations are poorly done today even if I get the game client and analyze Odilita's territory it is full of errors. Poor quality server full of lags and in times of war the thing becomes worse. Redfox support is ineffective last month there was an emergency maintenance where there were people with duplicate items on the server and people who lost items that to this day have not been answered. How long are you going to let the game die on the SA server? We already had 8 k more on steam today we don't even have 400 . Please, to have all the support from PA, take over the server this year with some news for the South American community. As a creator of Black Desert content, the current situation of serve SA is sad mainly due to the lack of market. We know you made a mistake in the game where you lost players, but in the case of serve SA the bad management and lack of marketing by Red Fox Games is leading to the downfall of served SA. I know that steam reflects a small portion of players more than 400 and absurd ! Please Save the SA Server before it's too late. We have a lot of people who really love this game.
Pretty much every South American people I know play on NA server, and I met dozens of them.
Don't think there are any real restrictions since they play in NA since release.
Avo Redfox, Start over in NA. I guess.
Cool that you wrote it, but this is not the SA forum, and the NA/EU guys can't do anything for you.
That's sad to hear but if you say there's no market for BDO in SA, then why would they waste resources to rescue it? Why not just let it die and when it does, give the players options to switch over to NA instead? That seems to be the better route I think since RedFox has an obligatory contract for a certain amount of time. That's probably why PA couldn't do anything while Kakao was butchering the game in NA. I'm sure there's a clause that allows PA to decide to revoke their license if they want but who knows?
Here's hoping when SA servers go down, you can transfer to NA for free or if you don't have anything paid for right now, you can just create a new account on NA and play here instead.
