Even with 200+ FS(s) can hit PENs even after more than 40 attempts.

Can't get weapon to drop to complete quest in over 4 hours of grind. My average weapon drop rate is ever 5 to 7 hours of Elvia grind. 

Chances for getting above common drop on my account is close to zero. Go 3 to 4 hours at pot spots between pitty pieces. 

Something is horribly wrong with the backend of my account. Please fix my account, so I can experience the game as normal! Thank you!

I had more than 100 fails before my first PEN. I had only one Boss drop before we transfer from Kakao to PA. I stil dont have HP or Mana pot.

I never had more than DUO success on enchancing accessory, so I will never enchance again. I never had more than PRI acc from drop or box.

But it gets better. I have all weapons and armors at PEN, and Im making my second set now.(Not that DP matters today) My nouver PEN got from first tap. I still dont have inf pot. And enchancing FG is pain...

What you really need to do is sit down and take a hard look at probability and statistics numbers. 

There are a few generators and such to sample from on the internet for free. 

When you do this kind of test, dont just run it a few times and think its good enough to justify your position. Do it 100 times and you will see the averages in what its really like to hit a 3.20%

At 200fs the avarage is 16 attempts. WIth raw taps it's even less.

It's hard to believe that he failed 40 times on 200fs, especially that the stack resulted on 40raw fails on that would worth way more than those boss items.

I was playing around on garmoth's website right now just to see.

PEN blackstar with 200 FS is about 4.20% chance.

Hilariously I got it on my first attempt.

But then I started to roll 60 times over and over again and sometimes I would get like 12, or 3 or 5 or occasionally 0. 

I tried 10,000 attempts at once and it seems that the average is around 20 - 24 taps before each success.

I won't say it's impossible but 60 attempts is very unlucky mathematically speaking. It's on par with succeeding well with mesmer cards (24%+) without actually being psychic. OP has luck, unfortunately it's the wrong kind xD
