Please, why is this bound to character?

I can sort of understand why inventory, weight etc is limited but this item is to call my horses. All of my horses respond to it - why I cannot use on my others? I think BDO earns enough from pearl store to allow us this one change.

Can we have this unbound? It would make people happier I think?

I expect that pretty much all players want nothing to be character bound, but PA does it, because they want more money. I very much doubt that they'll make it so that the celestial calling horn isn't character bound any more than they'll make it so that outfits aren't character bound.

You are more likely to see them add a pity for the pen deboreka / the infinite compass than to see them modify their cash shop policy

Have to give them credit though, they have added a quest so we can upgrade the trainer's flute for free. It takes 15 days but it's not annoying. Just hand in some resources.
