The quest wants me to perform combos starting with Close Quarters: Suppress followed with Pirate's Life For Me. Close Quarters: Suppress shows s+lmb. This key combo has no effect for me. I swapped the mouse, no change. I switched stances several times, no change. I unequipped/re-equipped the Patreca a few times, no change. Pirate's Life for Me works(F key). I even put the weapon in storage and removed it, then  re-equipped it, no change. Is the quest bugged or the key combo wrong? I'm at a loss. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there, according to the skill window, the key combo is indeed correct. Now, if you are in the awakening stance, and S+LMB does not work for you, then there are 3 options that I can think of right now:

1. You rebound one of the standard bindings via a keyboard or mouse macro to another key (probably unlikely, you would know that from about everything else)

2. The skill is currently locked. Can you see a small lock icon on the skill itself in the skill window (K)? That would mean the skill is locked. Simply click on the icon to unlock it again.

3. The skill may need the subweapon to be equipped. Make sure that you have all 3 of your weapons equipped

I this problem as well, none of the above method worked for me. I was able to get passed this by not equiping the awakening weapon to do S+LMB and then equip the awakening weapon to use C.

Consume an SP-restoring potion and you should be able to finish the quest. That solved it for me <3
