It's probably because you don't craft it, you buy it. Same goes for the Ancient Cron Spice (which doesn't have an entry).

(editing finsihed)
it has an entry, as shown in video as mentioned in first post, you can also seach some 'none craftable items', as show in video (Sap). The thing you mention seems to have not entry at all (e.g PA haven’t even go that far) as you say 'which doesn't have an entry'. but beeing very clear here, so going over it...
For people wondering what this means
>Find ‘Seafood Cron Meal’
>Scrolls down to acquisition
>Click Ancient Cron Spice
= ‘There is no item information.
Then
>Find ‘Armor Draught’
>Scrolls down to acquisition
>Click Tears Of the Falling Moon
= information entry
Either the poster did not look at the video… or, I don’t know what happen here, baffles me.. I can put the information there and meh, some people do not process it (this is too common, even from nice and kind people wanting to help)… but what they where doing is trying to find reason why PA have made a mistake, Poor quality, make excuses for PA.. but accidently show a new error in at least consistency, if not outright standards.
You do not craft acacia sap (as shown in video,i type it out and check a none crafted item in the video) incase that what you mean?
cus that would mean you are saying, well gatehed items yes, vendor items no? (and this is okay, makes sence? not a fan of specail untold rules.)
You can seach for where to get gatherd stuff but not bought stuff... and this is not an error but a deisgn choice? Oh boy PA
TLDR; no, that is not good the reason (i hope you undertand, you can seach for non crafed item using that system so, 'Probably because you don’t craft it' dosent add up)
.
...also seach 'Yona' and then maybe 'Starlit' cus they the same catagory as each othere,'Dropped'..
so you can't seach it if vendor (for some reason), but can if gathered and sometimes if dropped, got it :) quality
So discord as a way to get help, ha, dont goes there! CM stop recommending it if you are not gonna police your mods, epecaily when reported! (now i have the ticket that say you do not,ty)
Anyhow (a comment /reply i made to a viewer that is also relevant here)
I have been told by Discords mods Read the patch notes.(and i don't go there anymore for help because they are outright rude and mute happy -Too mute a paying customer who is also a voice for part of the community, and last time? Without warning and without reason when asked. They don't want me having full access to discord for you guys ><)
I have heard CM say 'read the patch notes' too, like patch notes are the solutions for missing info.. Patch note only matter for the 1-2 weeks of added content, after that, are you meant to search though all the patch notes?
They don't like to accept responsibility for mistake, There is a bit of a sickness with the EU and some NA mods and CM, I call it out where i can, i want it sorted! (for a paying customer to get muted and ladled a 'Karen', how disrespectful, you would not have staff do that in a shop. .sure they may say something to each other but not to their face because you need their money so these mods are damaging BDO, but PA CMs made excuses when i asked, as to why they cant deal with it)
---
You understand right? Doesn’t matter if I’m a karen or not (sure I am, but you don’t get to call me that because I’m paying you!), I'm the customer. you call people Karen amung staff, in the back room over lunch break. You do not call them a Karden to their face and expect them to keep buying your product.
When this was Brought up with the CM though the ticket system, I’m told the ticket system does not deal with this and I need to sort it out though discord. They know there is no option to do that, The CM has passed on reasonability, I’m sure there is something they can do!
..Or will they let one angry mod with an over active set of power told upset paying customers? GET IT SORTED PA!
Can’t control your discord, stop advertising it as a place to go for help… It's not help, It’s a worship chamber for one mod in there (see no names, no shames – people that have had this happen will already know who it is)
This post is recorded incase they are also active here
I'll just state that BDO has a lot of item information that still needs to be properly organized in a game database (or dedicated webpages) and that some fanmade databases aren't user-friendly.
After that, asking people that know the information well is the best way, but we can't always have that. heh.
Did you just - post five times in a row? Or did the forums break?
Yes it did.
Well… can’t find the info in game that’s why…. GG PA, same every time.
Crafting note; Type in ‘Tears of the falling moon’ into your crafting not system… nothing.
Now before someone tells me what it’s is , I KNOW!, also know ehere to get it. (someone still will tell me cus they are that thick), What I’m pointing out are these missing things that make PA look bad to newer player, leave them frustrated and confused.
But hay, let’s see if I get some negative comments for taking the time to bring this up even though I don’t need it fixing, but want it fixed to make BDO better.
Btw the entery is in there, just cant seach for it.. go figure, not directly
Addition; The video
Hmmm - a long-running, user-created, "known issues" post where the OP is updated regularly, just like the one PA maintains, that summarizes outstanding concerns (not details), with links to relevant threads.
... I would also state that Korean forums would be more likely to be read by the dev team since that is their home-base. (I.E. World of Tanks devs rarely ever read our NA server feedback but read the Russian feedback and reacted to it much more despite the financial gains they made in the NA servers out earned others)
I hadn't considered this before, but maybe this is more because of a language barrier than just that PA favors KR users. In other words, they are easier to understand. So maybe we need a good xxx to KR translator here, and maybe a place to put all of those translated threads in one place for ease of PA access? "Translator": how bad are the services like Google? Or does this need a person (say, a CM or GM)? And of course, maybe it's not the language issue anyway.

Reply: PA maintainsis not the same as one players would maintain. Players would know and track ones that annoythemselves as they play hthe game. Sort of liike seeing potholes on your commute to where ever. They annoy you and might not even be tracked by the road services. Yet If enough people call and complain and track the problem it will get fixed.

I would state that translating it accurately is an intensive process even with hte best elecrtonic and or human translators. But the other problem is to read, do an analysis, list the data and then collate it then report to those in charge of making the decisions. Then doing a cost benefit analysis to figure out what gets fixed and when. Then assign the fixing of those issues to the correct workers/ teams. Fixing the manual is probably an intern level job for instance.
