BDO  As of late has been making great strides to becoming what I always wanted it to be. Adding dungeons was something I asked for years ago as it gives PVE players something more worthwhile to test thier gear on as well as being group content and more group content for this game is very needed and very welcome. This is a MMO.

As a FFXIV player and recently hopping back into New World( still meh btw) needs mounts bad!!!!!

We absolutely need a better party finding system for these dungeons. I was told new world added a PF finder but no they added a group finder where you post and people join. Group finders only as an option are just not a good system. 

I looked at these BDO dungeon mechanics. I haven't run them personally because I'm still a bit low on DP. However compared to FFXIV these dungeon mechanics are something that can be explained in chat if needed to new people running the dungeon they are not overly difficult.

Honestly in my opinion here is how you implement a dungeon finder for these.

1. Improve the current group finder in BDO and for the love of God tell people it even exists in the first place lol. Litterally never knew BDO had a group finder...... and I have been playing off and on for years!

2. Implement a queue based party finder.

3. In order to use this queue based party finder set a requirement that you have to have previously cleared the dungeon. This makes sure people are familiar with the mechanics.

4. Implement mid match party joining.

Essentially if someone in the dungeon drops out or leaves because they are frustrated with the group. That player will be replaced with another player in queue.

5. Implement penalty system.

you penalize the leaving player with a 15-30 min timer where they can not queue again. However that person will prob be relieved they left or if they DCed it is what it is.

6. Implement when a party is found everyone accepts the ready check and then is warped directly into the dungeon zone.

The solution to the problem has existed for a while in MMOs its time to use it within BDO and improve the experience of the crowd of people that want to run dungeon content more regularly but don't want to deal with the constant hassle of finding a group every time.

Dungeons are just 1 mode that could use something like this. I would also like to mention we know they have the capabilities of doing this as it's used for AOS.

That sounds like a lot of work for a dead content.
