I'm a few months into BDO now and was thinking that you should be able to buy and sell daily catch. And do ignore this post if the topic has been rejected previously.

Can you give more info about what you mean by daily catch?
Right now you can sell fish to trade managers and imperial fish vendors. Also dried fish can be bought and sold on the central market.
