Nothing left but 60 "Brilliant" Materials to collect (after 2 months of gathering everything else), and here is my new daily routine...
- Turn on PC
- Log into BDO
- Hit "Barter Refresh" (and pray)
- Collect 1 "Brilliant" material
- Log out of BDO
- Turn off PC
- Wait 4 hours...
- Turn on PC
- Log into BDO
- Hit "Barter Refresh" (and pray)
- Collect 1 "Brilliant" material
- Log out of BDO
- Turn off PC
- Wait 4 hours...
- Turn on PC
- Log into BDO
- Hit "Barter Refresh" (and pray)
- Collect 1 "Brilliant" material

You doing it wrong, judging by your ingame account information i'll suggest you to play game rather than expect freebies.

Why you dont use "reduce refresh cooldown"?
Why only one brilliant? Yes it's random, but the chance for 2 brilliants is about 90%, and you can exchange one brilliant for another cheaply (200 coins).
Also when you do barter for brilliant you need to restock specific lvl 5 barter items because some have a higher chance of spawning.
And also by the time you have all the materials for the carrack you should already have 40000 coins set aside for green toro gear because without it carrack is weak.
My day looked like this:
1. brilliant exchange
2. reduce refresh cooldown
3. all daily sailing quests for sailing exp and mats
4. at this point, 2 hours of waiting for barter refresh pass
5. brilliant exchange
6. if you have VP next reduce refresh cooldown
7. bartering for lvl 5 and coins for toro.

And hundreds of barter items worth billions waiting for sailing to cease to be for masochists and bartering profitable.

OP said nothing about him having 2 carrarks, but i'm 99.99% sure that at skilled 4 you don't even open routes where briliants appear, even if he grind hes way by killing crocks/khans he can just sell mats to buy briliants, instead he complain on forum that he don't get what he want w/o doing anything.

2. Bartering exp depends (or used to depend) on barter quality, which lvl4>lvl5 give you more exp than land mats-lvl1, but it's about getting to 3000 as soon as possible, not barter level which is essentially worthless.
And the OP was just doing it wrong and wasted 2 months and still no brillints.
A similar mistake is made by players who farm Cox Pirates' Extermination Seal, although it is completely unnecessary because you still need to do a daily quest that gives you 3 x Cox Pirates' Artifact (Combat).

Why not help someone who wants to do something other than killing mobs?
And his problem is that he didn't ask before he started and didn't read the guides, and additionally he didn't think about what he was doing, which made him lose time and now he's angry.
And creating a carrack (especially solo) is a long and boring process.
