The vast majority of players never bother with Immortal consumables because this item is a joke to craft. Between grinding turo mobs and gathering delotia in the open world many just wait for them to be handed out through events and login rewards. Immortal consumables are primarly a PVP item so consider allowing them to be purchased with medals.
