No beginner black stones in Land of the Morning Light??

Hi,
i have not played in ages and just returned yesterday to play on the seasonal server. I started at Land of the Morning Light (lvl45 atm) and noticed these quests don't reward beginner black stones at all. Is this intended?
I have three armor pieces at DUO and one at PRI and will recieve 400 more beginner blackstones from the season pass which wont be enough.

I started there and by the time I finished had 1650 weapon stones and 2150 armor stones.

Black Spirit will grant you beginner black stones as well.

I'm level 45 now and have startet the season char in LOML. i have upgeadet the armor and the main weapon to 3(not tri) because of an quest. I have the battlepass active and have 1177 beginnerstone armor and 747 beginnerstone weapon. maybe its enough but normaly i sell 3k each after upen. One thing, i will never ever start a season char in LOML again one of the worst experiances that i had as a season char simple terrible, To much to walk, to inconvienient and stupid quests but thats my opinion :)

This is severly broken.
Season pass gives roughly 1100 beginner black stone. Only a few LOML quest gives like 15 beginner black stone. I finished 8 LOML Tales and only got maybe 150.
I am already level 50 with only +15 Naru set lol.
14 of my other classes I made in Mountain of Winter gave at least 8000 beginner black stones before you hit 50. It was easy to make Naru into PEN before reaching level 50 where you start getting time filled stones. Once you get Tuvala you should have at least over 1k of beginner black stones remaining.
Here is the proof.
These characters started season in Mountain of Winter and are all level 61 with a full set of PEN Tuvala including accessories. These are the remaining beginner black stones that did not get used which is literally the amount you get before you hit 50.

For LoML, you need to turn on "Black Spirit Quests" in the quest filter in the O window, in order to see the quests that give naru gear and beginner blackstones.
