XL Active Guild, Nice People, 18yo+.  LifeSkills, Sailing & PVE.  Easy-going, Inclusive, Friendly and Knowledgeable People.  Sailors especially welcome.   Shai Band.  No drama.  Play as you like.  Group Activites throughout the Week--see Calendar below. Family-friendly chat.  No racism, sexism, ageism, etc.  Female guildmaster.  No PVP/Node Wars/Siege, though we do defend ourselves with vigor.    

Activities: 
CompassRose is an ACTIVE, organized XL guild.  Each week we do a number of planned group activities on land and sea.  Ocean group activites include Vell, Khan, Crocs, Lekrashen, Margoria Pirate Fleet, Ocean Weeklies and Sailies.  Guild Missions (GMs) are done daily and may be requested by anyone.  GMs are always announced--ALL guild members are invited and welcome to participate, if they want.  Guild Bosses, Horse Races & Shai Band weekly--everyone invited.  At random times we do Grind Parties for loot, fun or difficult quests.   Our Shai Music Band meets weekly for questing, music & mischief.  All planned activities are announced in our Discord server under our #Announcements channel and #Calendar channel.  Most planned activities begin between 3pm Eastern Time to 7pm Eastern Time.

Sunday: 2pm EST Shai Band; 4pm EST 17 Sailies and 4:55pm EST teleport to Vell
Monday: Boss Subjugation GMs
Tuesday: Old Moon Grand Prix
Wednesday: 7pm EST: 17 Sailies;  7:55pm EST teleport to Vell
Thursday: 7pm EST: Ocean Weeklies (Crocs & Pirates) & LeKrashan

New Member Requirements:   We currently have positions available to people of any experience level.  This guild is inclusive.  We do not tolerate hate & prejudice.  Treat the guild and all guild members with respect at all times. Language in chat and voice must be family friendly.

People:  Nice, friendly people, no drama.  Our members are of a wide variety of experience and interests--plenty of peeps to help you and peeps for you to help.

Play:  Play as you like.  Group, Solo or AFK is fine.  Group Activities are all Optional. No open-world PVP, No Node Wars, No GvG, but will defend ourselves.   Solare and Red Battlefield are fine, if you like.

Guild Buffs:  We have ALL the Guild Buffs.  You always stronger with the permabuffs of an established guild.  Plus we activate hour-long buffs upon request.

Discord:  Our Discord server helps you share.  Channels include announcements, activity calendar, policies, and a help-me channel.  We do generally get into voice for group activities.

As a bona fide 'Landlubber' of a sailing guild, I couldn't ask for any more supportive, helpful, and kind guildmates.  Thank you for the years past and those to come!

I've been in the guild for a while now and It's been great! As an avid afker that normally doesn't have time to actively play for an extended period of time, I've never felt pressured to take a more active role when I couldn't. At the same time, there is always a group of players looking to form grind parties and complete guild missions. We never miss a Vell and go on sailies as a group often for those looking to get sailing exp and mats without having a nice fancy ship. Everyone is super friendly and accepting of new and returning players. Whether you're new or experienced, afk or active, there is something for you here.

I have been in several guilds during my time playing this game since Na/Eu launch. It is hands down the nicest, friendliest, best organised guild of them all. Our GM has done a fantastic job in creating and maintaining both a functional discord full of every kind of information a new player could want ( even very helpful to us older players) and a fair,friendly and helpful guild.

Greatest group of people a gamer could ask for. Kind and light hearted gents with a wealth of knowledge in all walks of life in bdo. Very patient and willing to help those that need it, as well as great conversations that often lead to boisterous laughs and cheer. There is bountiful activities that this guild takes part in i.e. grinding, questing or bossing and my personal favorite lifeskilling adventures. The leaders of this guild are both understanding of the needs of there members and compassionate, they are very easy to reach and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a great experience while playing the game we all love that is bdo. They even have a shai band! 

Just joined the Guild recently and way more active than my past guild.  Super friendly and have Weekly Q&A events to help others learn a Lifeskill or element about the game.  Plan to stay a long time!

I've been in this guild for quite a while now. Best guild I've been in. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The guild master is always helping or giving classes on basics (especially sailing). The guild is very laid back and chill.

If you're a lifeskiller, this is the guild for you!

I wish I could add more, but my friends and guildmates have already told you the best part of Compass Rose. Lifers we are, and sailors abound in our wonderful guild of friends and family. Our wonderful guild master Luminwake puts everything she has into the guild. 

Luminwake cares about each and everyone of us . Questions are answered, help is given and no one goes wanting.

I am so impressed by how friendly everyone is, how thoroughly informative the Discord server is and the frequency and variety of the guild activities. More experienced guild members are eager to assist the newer members and answer any questions, in fact, we are urged to ask questions!
