I reached 80 on this thing and it's still being attacked by monsters.
Are Evlia monsters special snowflakes, or do they identify as 100?

But it seems like the devs lied. It's been useless so far. Monsters still attack the horse.
Doesn't work in Gyfin underground, where it would be nice to have. Not working in Elvia zones.

It's something like horse level - 15 where mobs stop attacking it, so at that level they still can attack it.

I call bull on that. I wasn't 15 levels above the old level calpheon starter zones with level 50 monsters and they stopped attacking when my horse was 59.

Not all monsters seem to abide by the level-attack limits. The annoying little acid spiders are a good example of that, they attack no matter what.
