Hi,
Awakening Lahn is still not where it needs to be to stay relevant. It isn't the best in 1v1s and it isn't the best at 3v3's either. It does shine in 3v3's as you can use a protected KD now with eradication core. However, the classs still feels lackluster. God knows this class doesn't belong in a node war currently.
Suggestion of changes to make it relevant.
Deadly Dance -> SA Default (needs this to be able to fight a group of people more effectively and have a good chance against classes like ninja) // Buff
Deadly Dance FG Core -> Blood Moon Twist FG Core (a protected KD consideration as an alternative for eradication core) // Neutral Change
Binding Chains -> FG Added (this skill having no protection is just weird as it's a backwards movement skill that finds no real use for disengage when it's too scary to use)
Taunting Death Rework (this skill just doesn't feel like it fits well with the class so a rework would be nice); If no rework: should last a few seconds longer, go further, and be a lot quicker. // Buff/Neutral Change
Mangler -> KD needs to be re-added (long 1v1 damage combos rely on this skill; the kd just allows it to flow so much better as well) // Buff
Bridled Despair -> 1 second longer (great for pve, you can still cancel out of it or hold, it should act like sorc cartian nightmare but with FG); HP Recovery buff (similar to how awake draks get back hp in Doombringer) // Buff
Across the board damage buffs of about 20-30%; 5% accuracy added. This class doesn't even come close to Awk Drak, Awk Sorc, Awakening Ranger or Awakening Zerker damage. (You can't run eva on it without losing all your damage in which the class is meant to be played in evasion. In DR, you're wayyyy too squishy. It's not like a succ lahn where you can just fly away.) // Buff
Phantom Dance -> Stamina cost reduced by half. Allows the class to dance in fights longer before losing all its stam. // Buff not as necessary if the class had damage
Grab -> protected on success. (the amount of times you get cc'd instantly after a successful grab on this class is ridiculous; either needs to be fixed or needs SA added, but SA on fail would be broken) // FIX
These changes would also help it tremendously in PVE (Binding Chains FG protection, being able to use Furor Core in PVE, Bridled Despair being 1 second longer, damage buffs, taunting death rework)
Sounds like a lot but once again, you see no awakening lahns in war. This class is a straight up noob killer, if you don't know how it works you will get stomped, but if you know a bit of it, you will absolutely roll the awakening lahn in most scenarios. It is a melee class that feels like it has less protections than a ranged caster, compared to the strong melee classes it's far less protected (awakening drakania, zerker, awakening ranger etc) People that claim that this class is too op because of it's ranged grab doesn't even realize that awk corsair, awk sage, awk nova have even longer grabs. This class comes no where close to those even. BUFF THIS CLASS RIGHT FOR ONCE.
Challenge anyone to bring awakening lahn to rbf or a high end uncapped node war and tell me it's in a decent spot afterwards. Most awakening lahn mains tell me the issues they have with the class in dms etc.
She also needs stamina buff....6 evasion moves and I'm out of stamina. The acc on skills that was removed years ago needs to come back.
I agree with you man, when i tried awa felt so awful... no stamina, the cc is on wrong skills in my opinion... mangler KD should be replaced.
Once they are done buffing the awa should start with succ... We don't have critic chance buffs, accuracy buffs, evasion debuffs, slows debuffs, special attack dmg like warrior or strikers have. We dont have air attack in the main skill rotation even tho salpuri is our best engage (floating with no air attack dmg modifier. It should be like DD, floating + air dmg), the +12 ap buff should be changed to any main skill like they did with the att. speed. Super low dmg in low tiers node, not even 1 combo rangers or archers in t1 t2 full elixir rotation because we do a lot of "MISS" while other classes like succ drak can kill you in t1 with 3 skills... Down smashes doesn't work either...
The stamina use is just ridiculous... 8 evasion dash (our cancel animation or repositioning) even with 4 new macalods and 2 hystrias and you run out of stamina...
The att. speed and the movement speed buffs from E do not affect the flights or W+F glide, so the new skill from valk, or the warrior rush, musas dashes, awa drak flight, etc, can catch up faster than we flight, some of them even wait for you to land right into their grabs...
The gaps in F or RMB, when the first half of the skill is unprotected and then SA, just get you killed in nodes, leaving your combo with like 3 skills ->shift+q / shft +lmb / s+f and then spin to win but cancel 50% of it because u will die from AOE and fly out (dealing like 50% of enemy hp)...
1 Iframe every 5s and 1 dash for 0.5s iframe every 2s while other assassins have like 3-4 fast iframes, or rangers who have 2 nice jumps iframed for almost 3-4s of iframe, or tamer too with an iframe lingering... I think succ lahn is literally the worst assassin in the game in large pvp and do not works in 1v1 situations... We had to wait almost 3 years to get a buff since 2020 winter reboot.
In resume: no accuracy buff, no evasion debuffs, no slows, no grab, no bleeding or dots, no special attack modifiers (5% critic dmg or 10% down attack dmg like striker), no air attack on floatings, no critic chance buffs, barely no iframes, stamina consumption just ridiculous, bad short gaps mobility (w+rmb spam unprotected and 250 stamina on use, for a short dash forward), low damage, too many unprotected gaps compared to most of the classes, no down smashes to secure a 1 combo kill with full elixir rotation in caped nodewards, super squishy, no DP buffs for pve or pvp... In my opinion, worst assassin in the game... but hey, finally we are getting some HP recovery on hits, because somehow having just 1 skill with 60 hp on hit was enough tho... kekw
I don't want lahn to be the new drakania or the new archer, just to be a meta class and be relevant, i'm kinda tired of being rejected from pvp guilds because lahn is not needed in the current meta, not even for merc (unless you are a one man army a.k.a HAM from NA XD)
The thing I would like to change here too for specifics on damage and such:
Mangler: +9% accuracy rate for 5 seconds added.
Bridled Despair: 50% crit hit rate -> 75%, Dmg Buff -68% PVP Reduction -> -61% PVP Reduction; 10% accuracy on hit -> 15% accuracy on hit. (maybe add a down attack)
Bleeding Hearts: 50% crit hit rate -> 75%, -60% PVP Reduction -> -52% PVP Reduction.
Furor: Dmg Buff -51.9% PVP reduction -> -39.9%; accuracy on hit 6% -> 12%.
Mangler: -62% PVP reduction -> -53.9% PvP reduction
Eradication: 9% accuracy -> 12% accuracy on hit; +10 DP for 10 seconds -> +5% evasion rate for 10 seconds
Taunting Death Rework: as lahn moves with this skill it cleanses debuffs for the surrounding allies/herself and has x2 the stam recovery rate, remove the -attack speed on it, +10 ap -> +15 ap for you and allies.
With classes like succ sage getting -18% eva down and +18% accuracy rate on skills for 10 seconds, while having skills that are 15% accuracy on hit. The fact that awakening lahn doesn't have the huge aoe's, the perma sa etc and only has like 5-10% accuracy on hit skills with just a -9% eva down. This is honestly a crime and should be addressed. This class should be good at 1v1s, but it seems like it was left in the dust. Even awakening corsair gets ranged protected cc's, a sea mist skill that acts like deadly dance but has a stun and sa on it and has better accuracy rate/eva downs than lahn. All I ask is for this class to get close to that so you can run it while playing evasion and not feel like you're inting.
Phantom Dance badly needs the stamina usage reduced. You will notice this when trying to i-frame Black Shrine boss attacks.
If you get the i-frame timing wrong(which is deceptive in the first place, shorter than the animation suggests), you don't have the stamina to recover from the mistake. Other classes can just power through the mistake with more i-frames.
If we take a comparison of all the shift-a/d PvE iframe moves, these are the stamina costs for each class.
Tamer: Leafweave: 300 but unavailable during 3s cooldown. Flow: Gust: 0 stamina but follows Leafweave. Evasion: 150 (Complicated)
Woosa: Flitting Step/Chain Flitting Step: 250 but unavailable during 3s cooldown. Evasion: 150
Sorceress: Night Crow: 250. Storming Crow: 150. Evasion: 100
Lahn: 250. Evasion: 100
Kunoichi: 200. Ninja evasion: 150
Mystic: 200 but unavailable during 4s cooldown. Evasion: 100
Corsair: 200. Evasion: free?
Maegu: 150
Witch: 150. No evasion?
Maehwa: 150. No evasion?
Guardian: 150
Dark Knight: 150. Evasion: 100

Valkyrie: Shield Chase: 0 stamina but unavailable during 5s cooldown. Evasion: 150.

Stamina biggest issue for sure... it needs some attention properly and shorter CD because, we have long CD for the main skills.
