Installation-Guide

1 Ladet die Datei BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe herunter und installiert den „Black Desert“-Launcher.

2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

Is there a fix for this? i am unable to use market, only when i restart game then 5 mins later issue is back!

Seems to be a connection problem in this case, as it is currently not widespread. Maybe check with your ISP if there are any issues at the moment?

I came back to the game recently and this issue is a permanent situation for me. Except that restarting the game, switching channels, deleting server.ini file and other things suggested by  support don't fix anything. Not even unstalling and reintalling fixed this for me. I wonder if there is anyone that has found a solution for this. It's commonly said it's a connection problem, but outside this particular thing, I don't have a problem with my internet connection in any other aspect or any other game. Support's help is also a just one time thing on this, after that they ignore any subsecuent requests for help on the subject.

Several of us have had this issue for weeks. Support has been completely unresponsive in my case. And at no point with any restarts, verifications, re-installs, or ini fixes has this issue been resolved.

Then its a problem that is affecting not just a fistful of unlucky players. The sensation this issue gives however, is that its a thing where we are on our own and we might as well just stop playing as its something that is not even being acknowledge as a problem, let alone actually being helped to solve it.

Since I've had a support ticket in for around a week with no response I wouldn't be surprised at all if this were the case.

literally cannot use the CM for about the whole day now. has anyone had contact with PA about this or is it still being ignored?

Finally heard back from support this morning. They say they're looking into the issue now since a lot of us are reporting it. Hopefully meaning it'll be fixed soon.

iv'e been dealing with this since 5-22 after the server location switch, tried every solution suggested nothing has worked finally got the "were looking in to it" message from support on 6-17 and still no fix so dont hold your breath. its still not even listed on the "known issue thread"

Since it took them over a week to even respond and they still haven't added it to the known issues I would assume you're right. Kinda hoping that since their direct response included "many players are experiencing this type of problem" that it's become more of a priority.
