Now Black Desert gamers supposed to consume not only just one hour but a full two hours of Black Desert content on Twitch every day, for the bribe *cough, cough* er I mean for the drops!
What is that actually supposed to mean? Is Pearl Abyss somehow scooping up money on this Twitch Drops tour, or what's the point of all this? And let's be honest, don't most people just leave Twitch running in the background for two hours a day anyway to get the daily bribe *cough* *cough* er, I mean drops?
Anyway... I'm out of this weird thing. Because Twitch Drops and the whole system behind them now seem dubious to me. I think at some point it will also affect Twitch streamers negatively, namely when daily twitch drops are no longer offered and a large number of viewers are suddenly missing.

Streamers are promoting the game, the game is promoting streamers. Nobody's fooled by that, just get your gift and let them deal with the aftermath.
But yeah, it's a fool's game. It just deserves to crumble when the trick is not working anymore.
If you don't agree with it, don't do it.
I never linked my Twitch account to anything, so if I decide to watch a stream, it's out of curiosity, not because I will get stuff from it.
Whole stream is an ad, you jus getting "paid" to watch it. The catch is - as its have more viewers its might drag in new customers. So basically you are viewbot that getting paid in some scaps that worth nothing, remember if product is free - you are the product.

Aaaah, I do the exact contrary. I know what I want to see on twitch, I never check out of curiosity, so I go on only one channel because I like what the streamer is doing, the other channels are pure greed. That is, if I'm really interested by the gift.
... As I said, fool's game all along. Every side know what's really happening, but they all want to turn a blind eye on it because it gives them some yummy numbers for their communication and ego.
No need to feel dubious about it, just do it if you want and don't bother with the rest.
It's free stuff so don't rly care.
surely i will abandon a feature i partially pay for just cuz its seem "dubious"
its "free" for a yearly fee and less bandwidth
I wouldn't worry about Twitch drops to much. Twitch just dropped Korea. I have a feeling without Korea, Pearl Abyss will be less envolved with Twitch.
