i ask for help on EU/NA/PC discord and a king moderator tell me that a year ago i send bot links and got banned

i dont know how, im not skilled at PC

bdo discord moderator unbanned me from guardian discord and i rejoin whit no problem, and told me to contact moderator of other discord for ask unban me

i dont know moderator and how to contact them
