Three and a half month later and it's always the same.

SP-Gain on using Promptness-Skill with the Valkyrie does not work, if used on certain World-, Rift-, or the weekly Kzarka-Boss (the one summoned with the Transmuting Kzarka Summon Scroll).

Since  the Patch on 29.12.2021 here on EU my Valkyries get no SP (Spiritual Points) back, when I use the skill Promptness against the named creatures. I did not test it on Bosses summoned by daily scrolls or field bosses. But I am convinced, it is the same there.

Nevertheless it seems to work at usual mobs in grind areas.

But because this is a major factor for resource management with an awakened Valkyrie - please fix this!

Launcher error (2) for steam user. Once it gets past the initial steam download, the launcher download is super slow compared to normal. I have tried everything I can. Restarting computer, restarting steam. I have had to verify game files 3 times. First 2 they said 233 files needed regotten. The third time I tried verifying again before going to the BDO launcher and it said all was verified. So I think the problem is in the launcher download.

Item Drop Log is not displaying any loot for me when picking up Items.

Its on in my UI settings. Scanning/repairing game files didnt do anything for me, reseting the UI settings also didnt work.

Since nobody cares about the feedback topics, i am going to post two issues here.

1.

According to the 2021.12.22 patch notes:
- The Shai skill "Gather Around", supposed to get an effect "Increases gathering (R) speed after using skill".
- This effect does not apply upon usage of said skill, and characters still gather at the same speed, with or without the skill.

2.

According to the 2022.01.12 patch notes.

- Current Contribution EXP progress will be recalculated with the alleviated values the next time Contribution EXP is obtained after the update.

- Previously received cp xp hasn't been recalculated.
- 400 cp required 3.760.110 xp previously,  and 2.974.752 xp after the update. This leaves us with additional 785.358 xp. Which is additional 6 cp, and 39% on the next level.
-Unless the update only meant to recalculate the xp we had above already earned cp levels, in which case please clarify.

Been killed 3 times tonight due to desync. Upon my third death and lagged ressurection. I found myself trapped in the death screen, whilst living. 

Using Simple Alchemy on multiple identical artifacts ("Process all identical items") with black and red shards, consumes the shards only during the first process, and leaves you with less lightstones.

1. Have at least 2 identical artifacts, 2 Ancient Seal - Black Shards and 2 Ancient Power - Red Shards 

2. Use Simple Alchemy on the items above and tap "Process all Identical items"

3. You get 2-3 lightstones from the first process and lose 1 artifact and 1 of each shard

4. You get 1-2 lightstones from the next process and lose 1 artifact and 0 shards

This might be intentional, but I don't think it is.
