I have a recurring glitch where during quests that trigger ANY sort of cutscene that has a fight sequence, I am immobile. My character is unable to move at all, so I have to exit out and restart the quest and if that fails, relog (which does not always fix the issue). It's very frustrating and tiring. Another glitch I am running into is there are times I am unable to dismount or interact with npcs or objects whilst mounted. So, once again I am forced to relog. Again very frustrating. Both bugs have happened several times now, on different characters. So far the bugs have been limited to LOML, I'm not sure if they occur elsewhere.

hi! did you ever find an answer to this? its happening to me too and i can barely do the quests. sometimes the relogging and forfeiting the quest works, but currently im fully bugged and it wont let me move no matter what i try do.

Had the same issue when fighting Sangoon - Just let the cutscene playout, whenever I skipped the cutscene it bugged my character but when I let it play it didn't.
