Any particular reason why EU game client is the russian one?

That looks like discord... who has had a spotty history with detecting the correct region for the launcher, for a long time. Half a year ago, everyone was wondering why it showed the turkish version instead. Aka, discord is not a reliable tool to "detect" the client's region.
