Any updates on the game crashing issue?

From what I've experienced, the game is crashing to desktop mainly in 2 cases:

1. When switching from a character to another, like switching to a world boss on an alt - Garmoth, Kzarka etc.

2. When traveling with your horse between locations, usually auto-pathing.

On a positive note, so far I didn't get kicked from the game into desktop while being in a grind zone.

I had 2 disconnects in 15 minutes, the game is becoming unplayable lately and it's frustrating, in the 8 years I've been playing this game it was never this bad, my disconnects were at guild bosses so that chunk of silver is lost

Since 2023, there has been no fix; even the RTX 4090 in ultra mode still crashes. Above ultra mode, it only runs at about 70–80 fps. Could someone please fix the crashing issue? Many users crash 2–3 times per day, and when it crashes, we lose crystals. I have personally lost at least 3 billion silver worth of crystals because of this issue.

I am afraid to to tell you this, but this sounds a whole lot more like an internet connection problem.
You may have to top speed and stability offered to you in your area, but it doesn't really matter if the server you are connected to, is in a region that isn't right next door. Everytime your computer has to jump from service region to service region, there might be some packets lost here and there, it is something that can be monitered though, so an open source internet monitoring program should tell you a lot more about this particular problem.
Having thrid-party addons/mods will certainly affect performance, as well as having a VPN connection, since they do tend to switch servers often, however a good service usually does it without loosing connection.
