These new changes really exposed a  lot of people for who can pvp and who cannot. A lot of people got exposed for only playing meta classes because they were easy. The people who are mad or leaving I say your welcome to do so it just makes things better. Some classes that were built to be tanks can now actually do that and all they need to do is just adjust speical attack evasion so classes like damage ninja can actually do damage.  Most classes that this patch was meant for which was the succ warriors the succ novas the Guardians I heard very good feed back because finally I and them can play our class the way it was suppose to be and best part is about this patch. It feels like BDO used to feel like your class mattered your build mattered. Now playing a DR shield class actually feels like a dr shield class your not forced to play valk to get that tank feeling.  Some classes are not immortal anymore because in what world can a samruari out tank a guy in heavy armor all because he has evasion. Now as always there are some classes that are benefitting from this change that should not be  a  little to much like Succ zerk, Strikers and Hash. But give it time and number adjustements and its gonna feel a lot better I already notice the different in how much class identity as returned in a sense for some classes.  BUT

The only thing new changes did was create a greater gear gap between hard capped and average players. It at no point proves anything about skills. Old cap was too squishy. With new weapons we will be squishy again. For now, hard cap people will gear gate people with lesser gear that is all. 

Why should it matter now?  Hardcore PvPr's are getting their own season ans server.  You can play till your heart's content. =P

It kind of did people who are now at the same gear score actually have to build their class correctly and not just slap on w.e they want just kill things because they played something that is OP with new weapons I doubt we will be squishy again since some classes already are doing damage in this current meta when they build for damage which is fine we are not insta getting blown up. A lot of people around my gs which are in the 700s don`t seem to know how to pvp when they can`t insta one tap someone from far away

Back in the day the problem was the opposite, DP meme or evasion Meme was very easy to obtain... if you were an AP monkey back in 2018 or 19 you were feed to any evasion class such as a awakened mystic running evasion meme with 180 ap i could kill pretty much 90% of the player base without losing 100hp.. Choice hated us mystics back then players like myself ,Ellie and a few others.

Over time as gear progression moved upward at a fast pace as well as the removal of the Reknown system......( I.E. currently we have the back half of the old reknown system granted its a bit more boosted.) Made DP or specifically DR much weaker than its counterpart evasion leading to the dificulty to actually as a end game players Getting DP/DR in gear not accessories were the AP became much much easier to obtain.. so simple in fact that 30 day old players are well over 301 ap now.

So when it comes to the game itself part of the current issue is the balancing of damage after the Hit # change. They will most likely increase damage of certain classes that are curently under preforming compaired to before the last patch.

Some of which is not that some players cant PVP, it is a issue that there classes need some tweeks and as they have stated they are not done yet.

Dont let it fool you though this last patch was extreemly benificial for some classes over others.. Striker, zerker, Shield classes all benifited from this DR/evasion change.

I never beleived that a 650 gs player should ever be able to dent a 760-80 gs player, in the past someone with 330ap and 325dp could wipe a player if they cought them 1st this is complete trash... now that is not happening at least you can get up again but this is how it should be no one should be able to 1 or 2 shot some one and those days are long gone now.

You're delusional, bro. They literally murdered my class with this patch. We already struggled to kill tanky classes who built a bit of dr while we sacrificed everything to build damage. Now? It's a complete joke. Might as well as just be a cc bot. There's quite a few others that are suffering as part of this patch, too.

LOL they did not kill your class the problem is speical attack evasion which needs to be adjusted my class is not doing damage ether right now because of it  but saying you struggled to kiill tanky classes please lets not start this slander.
