Recently ive been unable to access the central market in the game through the menu or maids as it constantly tells me "Couldnt load the information From the central market. Try agian. The only way that seems to resolve this issues is to constantly restart my game completely

I've submitted this as an issue to support and haven't heard back for over a day. Usually get a response in less than 8 hrs...
How long is support taking to respond these days? Is this issue just being ignored altogether?

Finally heard back from support this morning. They say they're looking into the issue now since a lot of us are reporting it. Hopefully meaning it'll be fixed soon.
iv'e been dealing with this since 5-22 after the server location switch, tried every solution suggested nothing has worked finally got the "were looking in to it" message from support on 6-17 and still no fix so dont hold your breath. its still not even listed on the "known issue thread"

Since it took them over a week to even respond and they still haven't added it to the known issues I would assume you're right. Kinda hoping that since their direct response included "many players are experiencing this type of problem" that it's become more of a priority.

I just love support closing my tickets without reply and threatening to restrict my account when I ask for updates on this issue.
