Yeah, the added failstacks total up to about 50 so you can just take 2% odds and add 1% to it. You end up being about 28.5% likely to fail all 50 in a row in that sense. I don't think the RNG is skewed, but it may be an Ultima Online issue where simplistic design of a RNG system results in it producing streaky effects for different players, even if the RNG itself is sound & random on audit.

Why cry about PEN when all you need is PRI. Some RNG-master has hit PEN on every server anyway so you'll get all rewards at PRI.

I'm at like 28/50 fails for PRI to DUO on that stupid sword. Really shows how dumb this game is and how little it respects your time. Kinda funny that they thought this event was a good idea instead of having enough of a brain to realize it just highlights how garbage BDO can be.

Really doing a great job to drum up excitement for their other stupid idea with the Sovereign weapons, especially after it took me 57 fails to get my last PEN Blackstar.

You're at PRI, why do you keep trying if it bothers you?

Just to see if it validates my discontent with the game and perspective on it as a whole, which it does.

Progression like this is stupid, especially when someone else can just 1 tap everything. I found it somewhat acceptable when it was like, well, okay, they almost never powercreep the gear so if there's a true end goal then it almost justifies that it could take a long time to get to. However, since that's certainly not the case anymore, it's just flagrantly disrespectful, and I feel like people would have to be complete fools to accept it and waste their lives on a garbage game that doesn't respect their time and effort at all.

So no need to click the event item, simply click your normal gear. It will validate your discontent even more.

pri, took so many attempts to get + 14 and 15. Not enough stones to attempt pri more than four times. 
I am sick of the bullshit RNG events.

This event really wasn't that bad, average RNG was enough to get to PRI with the 1hr login rewards and the extra 100 Light Aura's they gave out.. some underwhelming luck like myself and doing a seasonal to 61 and/or some afk fishing and getting PRI wasn't the impossible task so many of you make it out to be at all.
Only 1 person per server region needed PEN, and that was achieved, yet the lot of you are hung up on malding because you weren't the one that hit the PEN... which, again, (if you'd've read the event notes properly) PRI is all you need for all rewards because every server has at least 1 RNG god present, or a grind god that stacked enough to basically brute force it. Also the rates at which the Light Aura's dropped from grinding was very generous so if you didn't get enough (except for the extremely rare and truly cursed RNG cases) you just simply needed to actually play the game a little bit.

Seeing the amount of different complaint threats really shows off the pretty pathetic state of BDO we have gotten to where a significant chunk of the playerbase complain if it takes a little bit of effort and actually playing the game to get your rewards since it's not just thrown into your lap like V BS box and T9 horse lmao

You guys would have passed out trying to play BDO in the first 5 to 6 years of NA/EU considering how much you'd have had to actually work for everything

i.e. Before thet started carebear catering to the casual instant gratification generation absolutely terrified of getting challenged at all, that is running rampant now. 

Yes RNG on actual gear can be brutal to V BS, Accessories, or IV/V Obliterating God Gear. But comparing that to this event and complaining to this extent? Come on guys.
