This the patch/content I wish/dream for. This is just my opinion but also just an example of things I want the developers to focus on. I’m mainly bringing this up as a way to point out an idea of sentiment from the community. PVP and it's rewards feel neglected, the direction in which the game has been going feels like we're just trying to make it so that we milk players of their time and money. It feels like the players are being abused time and time again.
Fairy/Inventory/P2W Aspects
- Max Inventory and Weight are now Family Wide
- Tent is now a reward in game for playing 100 hours.
- Secret Book of Old Moon and Kama Blessing are now consolidated into the Value Pack
- Value Pack can now be purchased in game for 5 billion silver for 15 days.
- Theiah’s Orb – you can now purchase this for 100 million silver.
- Add a “Reset Mount Level Growth Item” that allows you to reset the mount to the previous horse level. This allows players to create their perfect horse. This item can be sold for 50 pearls or you can pay 100 million silver for this. (Good Money Sink Idea)
- Sell Journal Skips or MSQ Skips in the Pearl Shop.
Gear Progression
- Agris Essence – The amount of Agris Essence required to reach the next level has now been cut by 50% across the board.
- Cron Stones for Accessories – The Cron Stones required to protect an item on accessories is now cut in half.
- Cron Stones from Blacksmith – Price reduced from 3 mil to 2 mil.
- Cron Stones from Pearl Shop Outfits – Changed to be 1,500 Cron Stones, Market Price is now 2.7 billion (translates to 1.8 million per Cron Stone)
- Deboreka Side Grades added – New Debo Grade Accuracy Accessories as well as Evasion Accessories with NO 3 set / 5 set bonus. To obtain these accessories you must participate in Arena of Solare, Red Battlefield, Guild League, Node Wars, Guild Siege.
- PEN Doom (Debo Accuracy) Ring – 21 AP 58 Accuracy
- PEN Doom (Debo Accuracy) Earring – 17 AP 59 Accuracy
- PEN Gaia (Debo Evasion) Neck – 25 AP 20 DP 30 Accuracy 20 DR
- PEN Gaia (Debo Evasion) Belt – 25 DP 3 AP 18 Accuracy 70 Evasion
- New Kabua Grade Artifacts Added – to obtain these you must grind Boss Shrine or Atoraxxion. (This falls as a drop, so it is repeatable)
- Kahuna’s Artifact – AP – 6 AP, 10 Accuracy
- Odea’s Artifact – 10 Evasion, 150 Stamina
- Madiri’s Artifact – 6 DR, 100 HP
- Sonin’s Artifact – All Life Skill Mastery +30; EXP +20%
- Gold Grade Pen Accessories can now be Cronned at x5 the old TET Cron Cost (This does not include Tuvala Grade)
- Example 1: Pen Eye of the Ruins can be melted for 37,495 Cron Stones
- Example 2: Pen Serap’s Necklace can be melted for 14,995 Cron Stones
- Example 3: Ocean Haze Ring can be melted for 28,495 Cron Stones
- Example 4: Deboreka Belt can be melted for 57,740 Cron Stones
Most Recent DR Patch
- Reverted entirely - most people in the game have shown disappointment on this change. This decision may be made by a server vote that is initiated in game.
Furniture Buff Items
- Can now Purchase from vendor at x3 price of max of Central Market.
- Materials for these have been buffed by x5 from life skilling.
Arsha Server Rework
- Any adventurer hitting a monster on Arsha servers are now capped in damage.
- This allows a player to grind a spot at max efficiency in PVP gear.
- Yes, this allows a Tuvala AP level player to hit any monster in the game as if they were capped in damage at the spot.
- Minimum HP modified to 5k and DP is set to 353 DP.
- If you have no gear whatsoever, when you enter Arsha you will have 353 DP, 5k HP, and be able to hit any monster at the capped ap level.
- 100% Drop Amount added to Arsha Servers.
One Sided Dec’s
- One Sided Dec’s are enabled for guilds that have participated in Node War’s, Guild Siege, War of the Roses, or Guild Leagues.
Guild Leagues
- Add a weekly leaderboard for each class similar to Arena of Solare
- Brackets are now separated by 500 skill rating, you cannot be matched with guilds 2 brackets away. For example, if your guild is rated 1999, then you cannot be matched with a guild that is rated 2501 and 999.
- Points gained adjusted for win, draws, and losses – Wins will net you 20 points, Losses will be -25 points, and draws will be 0 points. If your guild reaches 0 rating, then you may not lose any points going forward. The max guild rating is set at 5k. Starting rating is 1k.
- Dying in guild leagues will now have an automatic respawn timer of 1 minute added. You cannot hold respawns for more than 1 minute.
- Gold Rewards per Bracket
- 0-500 – 200 million per win; 100 mil per loss
- 501-1000 – 300 million per win; 150 mil per loss
- 1001-1500 – 400 million per win; 200 mil per loss
- 1501-2000 - 500 million per win; 250 mil per loss
- 2001-3000 – 600 million per win; 300 mil per loss
- 3001-4000 - 700 million per win; 350 mil per loss
- 4001- 5000 – 800 million per win; 400 mil per loss
- Every win = 15 Fragments for Deboreka Grade Accessory; Every loss = 3 Fragments for Deboreka Grade Accessory
- Each win gets you 3 Immortal Perfumes of each type, Each Loss gets you 1 immortal perfume.
- Playoff system added at the end of the season for the top 20 guilds
- Rank 1 Exclusive Title with Glows; 30k Pearls
- Rank 2 Exclusive Title with Glow; 20k Pearls
- Rank 3 Exclusive Title with Glow; 10k Pearls
- Rank 4 – 5k Pearls,
- Rank 5 – 3k Pearls.
- Rank 6-10 1k Pearls.
- Add more maps and cycle them per season.
Node Wars
- Convert the towers into a Hard Point-like system – the guilds that hold the towers longest, wins the node. The amount of towers per node will be decided based on guilds applied.
- 30 man uncapped node now added
- Capped Nodes are now consolidated into 1 cap. To participate in this capped content, you must select gear (no actual gear is required), this selectable gear works just like the Arena of Solare. This gear that is selectable is now based on hard capped gear. You can select any armor, accessory, weapons, artifacts at Pen level etc.
- Deboreka Grade Accessory Rewards
- 2 Deboreka Grade Accessory’s guaranteed for Uncapped
- 1 Deboreka Grade Accessory guaranteed for a win on Capped.
- Add Node Wars in LOML and beyond.
Arena of Solare
- Gear is now based on Hard Cap Gear (Pen Fallen God, Pen Deboreka, etc)
- Ranked Rewards – based on rating. 1 Seal can now be converted into 1 million silver.
- Green Ranks: 50 Seals per win; 25 per loss
- Blue Ranks: 60 Seals per win; 30 per loss
- Yellow Ranks: 70 Seals per win; 35 per loss
- Red Ranks: 80 Seals per win; 40 per loss
- Purple Ranks: 90 Seals per win; 45 per loss
- 2nd Blue Rank: 100 Seals per win; 50 per loss
- Rainbow Rank: 120 Seals per win; 60 per Loss
- Every win = 3 Fragments for Deboreka Grade Accessory; Every loss = 0 Fragments for Deboreka Grade Accessory
- End of Season Rewards
- Top 100 – New Outfit, Solare Box
- Best in Class / Specialization – New Cosmetic Weapon based on the Spec; Solare Box
- Solare Box contains: 20k Pearls, 10 billion silver, 200 Immortal Perfumes of each type.
- Add more maps / cycle them per season.
- Make Emergency Escape not a death sentence - maybe make this last longer so you can pick a safer spot, maybe make it so you're in iframe a second or so after you get out with skills being disabled so you can't just v in the middle of the enemy and grab someone for example. But, just make it so that some classes don't just benefit from V sniffing.
- No Duplicates of classes on the same team, no double zerker, no double shai, no double lahn's etc. If you want this separated by spec, then sure.
War of the Roses
- Rework it into an RBF mode fit for 30v30.
- Okay fine, rework it in some way that doesn't make people go back and forth constantly. Maybe reduce the amount of back caps?
Red Battlefield
- Make this a queue like Arena of Solare where it auto puts you in the game mode instantly instead of you picking the lobby.
- Weekly Rewards and Leaderboards like Black Shrine – most kills per person, most objectives taken etc based on class. Damage per second, kills per second etc. Configure this to make sense.
- Add 5+ new maps that rotate based on the queue on random.
- In the mode have a leaderboard off to the side that shows who has the most kills in the RBF.
- After Match Stats like guild leagues which show the K/D of every player in the lobby, CC’s, DPS, and Objectives taken.
- Rewards for RBF
- 1 win of RBF = 100 million silver; 1 loss = 50 million silver.
- 1 win of RBF = 1 Immortal Perfume; 1 loss = no immortal perfume
- 1 win of RBF = Box of Elixirs x10; 1 loss of RBF = Box of Elixirs x5
- End of Week Rewards:
- Ranked Box Rewards that give Deboreka Grade Accessories, Immortal Perfumes, Elixirs, Enhanced RBF Crystals and more silver etc.
- Weekly RBF Title
Treasure Items and Cosmetics
- Infinite Elixir – This combines all elixirs into the Legendary Elixir of the Gods which on use has the effect of all elixirs. This can be popped for a 3 hour buff with a 1 hour cooldown. Have to grind for this.
- Compass, Map, and Telescope can now be entered in the Family Inventory. Cooldown now reduced to 1 hour.
- Grindable Cosmetics per Grind Zone added, like the La Orzeca, but add way more of these for people to grind and the whole outfit is gained from that specific grind spot.
- Infinite Carrot – no need for gas on your horse any longer.
- Magnus Sphere – you may click this item in your inventory which allows you to use the Magnus straight from your inventory. You must still pay the troll toll.
T10’s and Mounts
- Siege Dragon is no longer continued. Dragons are now mounts in the game.
- Wolf Mount, Lion Mount, Ferrica/Ferrina mounts now added in the game
- T10 Unicorn – Now has unlimited water sprinting, x3 Accel
- T10 Peggy – x3 Accel added
- T10 Doom – Final Accel now goes infinitely.
- Mounts are meant to be something fun for the game, bring back some excitement here.
Balance Patch
- Buff 3 Classes, Nerf 3 Classes Every Week
- Nerf Awakening Drakania, Berserker, Shai (just an example)
- Buff Awakening Woosa, Awakening Maehwa, and Awakening Mystic (just an example)
- Unify CC timers for each class (Drakania shouldn’t get up faster than a Warrior for example)
Alchemy Stone Update
- You can now use Crystallized Despairs to upgrade your Stones of Destruction, Protection, Life Stones. This is a guaranteed upgrade after you sacrifice the amount of despairs.
- 10 Despairs from Imperfect to Rough
- 50 Despairs from Rough to Polished
- 150 Despairs from Polished to Sturdy
- 300 Despairs from Sturdy to Sharp
- 500 Despairs from Sharp to Resplendent
- 1000 Despairs from Resplendent to Splendid
- 3000 Despairs from Splendid to Shining
- Upgraded Vell = Blazing Heart of Vell Stone which has the attack speed of the Shining Stone mixed with the AP of the current Vell.
- To obtain you must heat a Shining Stone of Destruction and a Vell.
- Can create a protection and life version as well.
Other Misc Changes
- Forest Fury add this item to more spots.
- Add gear score dungeons?
- Zombie mode for PVE where it records who gets the furthest or survives the longest, maybe make this a 4-man PVE queue mode?
- Make the combat feel good for all classes pre-awakening. There should be no reason the game's combat should only feel really good when you reach 56+. This scares off new players all the time and makes them feel like the combat isn't special. The newer classes feel good, but the old ones still feel quite terrible.
- More collabs - House of the Dragons, Demon Slayer, One Piece.. would be so much fun.
Main takeaway/thought from all this:
This was just a brainstorm of ideas for each of the systems, gear, modes that we already have in the game. Black Desert has so much potential for PA to make exciting. The focus we need from the developers is to please touch up on the content that they already have, and adventurers enjoy.
We all love this game, but it seems like the focus and direction has been lost. I’m not perfect on my ideas, not everyone will always be happy, but at the end of the day there is a lingering issue in the community in which PVP feels stale, gear progression and diversity feel dreary and lazy, and the players feels like we are just getting milked on a dying game. I'm not saying this game is dying, but I am saying it feels like it.
This game has so much going for it, I would just hate to see it be wasted in potential with the direction being focused on things players don’t care so much about like a long story quest that is being added in the new region. We’re going to spam R in this, like please just focus on something else that we, the community, care about.

This post should probably be moved in terms of section as it's not necessarily a feedback on one specific thing, but a feedback on the game as a whole. Maybe general gameplay might make more sense.

If I had a character that I really loved to play, and really had a great dynamic with it, and it was nerfed...... I'd feel wretched. As has happened. Yes, I get over it, but I can never forget.

The balance stuff is a wash in my eyes. The idea is basically buff 3 classes nerf 3 classes every week or 2. The power creep when they keep buffing every class because they don't want to hurt people's feelings kind of created a big problem in the game. I don't really care what they buff or nerf at the end of the day. My point was just to get the idea across that they can't just ignore PvP Balance for weeks/months. It should always be changing and adjusting to keep the game feeling fresh.
Yes, the main point was they need to stop ignoring the old content, even boss shrine feels neglected. It hasn't seen any real changes since the first month it released. That's kind of sad.

Yeah, it'd be nice if PA would get more creative with their game. Put more effort in, instead of the same ole routine. Actually give us something to get excited about (acutal new content/gameplay). Add more fantasy elements in the game (not talking rabbits, turtles, otters, foxes, papu, and God only knows what else). Dragons (which they could expand on along with the dragon classes), sea beasts/creatures (more sirens, possible lamia (hostile underwater sea serpent humanoid creatures), sea dragons, the kraken, even the occasional mermaid(s) along with underwater combat/content so you can actually fight things underwater (they could have grindzones that way, with lamia or something, not another Sycraia ruin type zone). Maybe have a diving/swimming lifeskill. I'd love it if they'd add more mounts as well (underwater ones too), rather than just a bunch of reskins, but not get too crazy with it (no cars, housecats, rabbits, ect<-don't do what Tera did).
But just add this list to the things they'll never do...
They'll just keep giving us the same 'content' and expect us to be happy about it. Poorly designed outfits and classes. A new grindzone here and there. The same old events with lame rewards. Yay...

The point of the Arsha change is to encourage people to actually get on the server and fight for a spot they want to grind because it's very profitable or beneficial for their character regardless of gear level. Exactly, just having horses for mounts for example, sure it's been it's identity for years. However, when you look at other games WoW, GW2, Lost Ark etc. You see the mounts that they have and you're like man I kind of wish we did something similar. I also agree, you can keep the game fantasy without breaking imersion. Just need them to actually care to give us content that fits the game and not just the same old same old (Dehkia spots, Elvia spots, questing r spam, same game play loop of grinding in a circle). Change it up give us a different way to experience that game and make us want to log in.
